I have this exact model. Is a great piece of kit. When fully charged you can get up to 14 hours on the battery. Better still, you can buy a spare on ebay for about £8. I have 2 spares and use mine for at least 4 hours per day.

Comes with its own software, drag and drop, similar to itunes, but at this price is a feckin steal.

similar to itunes

if it`s ANYTHING like i-tunes, it`s no good to me whatsoever :(
i found i-tunes a real pain in the arse, it kept re-organising all my audio books into the same folders/playlists, so it`d put all the track 1`s togetjer etc etc etc >:(

Sorry mate, is nothing like that.

Have a look at the website www.creative.com for further info, or PM me, and I will send you a screenshot so you know what it looks like.

cheer`s matt, all i really need to know is that the battery will get me 8hrs between charges, and that if i drag a folder full of files across, the folder will be unaltered (ie, i can open folders/sub-folders within the zens browser) my main problem being that i have around 6000 files spread across x number of audio books, so invariably many of them are caled track 1 etc, but as long as i can get the folders onto the zen without them being re-organised it`ll work fine :)

Have dealt with Creative Support and they were excellent. My player bust- got from them, with no hassle, a new player (upgraded to better model) just under 2 years after original purchase.

Pixmania customer support is VERY pants, and they make it impossible to unsubcribe from their marketing

I`ve never found Pixmania`s marketing to be very intrusive, they`re not like novatech, emailing you almost daily. I get about one email every six weeks, so have never tried to unsubscribe.
