I used it and they took the money when i placed the order. Then they couldn`t get the order and had to refund the money

I think Dicanio is referring to the problems he had with under 18 org in the past, C[at].ek They didn`t win too many fans on this site, it has to be said.

I don`t think he was having a dig - he perhaps isn`t aware you`ve only been with us a week or so, mate.

Don`t take it personally, C[at]etamek - blimey, before I came along with my big stick it really WAS quite nasty.......Now everyone`s a pussycat !!!

OK guys, so do they take ya money out when ya order or when it has shipped? i need to know as i`am a cheap skate student and 12 quid buys ya an extra 6 pints!! So if anyone else has used the site apart from Dicanio can they lets is know what the service is like? Cheers

Yeah ok sorry mate if i seemed to have an attitude but i was taken at first with this site but after using it, i didnt like the service i got. Especially their taking moeny b4 dispatch policy. there is a thread in this site where quite a few people had bad experiences with this site. i remember 1 instance where they took a guys money, couldnt get the disc and sent a refund CHEQUE with the wrong NAME on it

Well I have ordered. On their site they say that the money will be
debited when the order is sent, but the price is too good to ignore.

Andrew - thoroughly recommend you check your credit/debit card balance, on a daily basis if needs be.

I really hope they`ve sorted out their early teething problems, but reports elsewhere suggest that, sadly, they haven`t.

They seem to work on the basis that people don`t mind having money debited for something that hasn`t been shipped - it is ILLEGAL to do so (Sales of Goods Act).

When people do complain about this sharp practice, Under 18 very kindly refund the money - by cheque......again, a very dodgy practice as most organisations would recredit the account directly.

Just got a bad gut feeling about this one, guys, really hope they prove me wrong.
