Free SIMS yes, but there is a £10 minimum monthy top-up - the T&C`s are here:
Free SIM Online Offer

You must be 16 or over. Maximum of up to 6 SIMS per household. While stocks last. Cookies must be enabled on your PC. The £10 just enables the free texts and it`s not a payment you have to make unless you want the free texts. The £10 is then available as credit, so you`ve not lost anything.
I`ve ordered a batch to give away to friends etc.
I`ve got mine as a second phone, so I can have loads of free texts - these sim cards are normally GBP 9.99rrp
True -ish.
The sim gets barred if you don`t top up inside 30 days, but the credit is added to the outstanding - see the t&c`s (partial) :-

I`ve gone 2 and a half months without topping up and sim wasn`t barred. I`ve had the sim about 2 or more years now and i`ve had to go without topping up on more than one occasion.
I`ve always had credit on phone. Never let it run to zero.
I wish people would stop criticising these sim cards! It happened the last time too!
-They are giving them away for FREEEEEEEEEEE!!!
-If you top up by £10, you get 300 FREEEEEEEEEEEEE text messages as well as the £10 calling credit.
-If you don`t top up every 30 days, you can still use your phone and use any credit that is left over from the previous month.
This is one of the best tarriffs around, if not the best. I used to be on Vodafone where I would top up by £10, and then the credit would decrease by 12p every time I sent a text message. Now when I send a text, my credit doesn`t change. Which is best? You decide...
The sims come with full terms and conditions. According to the general small print you have to make or receive a call once every 6 months, I don`t know if there are any more specific terms with this card.
Good spot. I`m already on an O2 online contact, but might go back to PAYG (had this tariff for 18 months before the contract) when it runs out.
So I ordered 6 (get a choice of numbers then, even though I`ll just change it to my current one anyway :S)
