I have heard nothing but bad things about folks trying to reclaim cashback/rebates from DialaPhone - be warned :(

Ive had 3 different contracts with dial-a-phone over the last 3 years and I have had no problems at all. All you have to do is write a letter to them at the end of say, month 3 and the cashback will be on your next bill.

My wife had real problems getting her cashback from these people.
Even tho she sent the paperwork via Recorded Delivery and had proof of receipt it still took plenty of phone calls and two further letters to finally get the cashback.
