I have one that I bought from www.ebuyer.com about same price there.
Have done about 25 backups so far and all perfect using Datawrite Classic Yellows 4x from same company.
Cd writing is superb as well.
Almost silent in operation and having hunted the web for reviews this machine is consistently rated one of the highest for quality of writing to many types/formats of DVD`s
Buy One Now - You won`t be disappointed.
PS: Ebuyer 1/2 price P+P this weekend so might work out cheaper with discs than from SVP.

I bought one a few days ago from Ebuyer - much quieter than my previous NEC ND1100a. The only 4x media I have is Mirror Platinum 4x DVD+R but I can NOT get Nero 6 to write it more than 2.4x - is the Mirror media naff or am I doing something wrong?

i bought mirror dvd-r it doesnt work all coasters :(
works great with bulkpaq (princo dye) and ritek g04 though
