I`m not having a great time with them at the moment... they haven`t replied to my email which I sent a week ago. It is taking over a week for them to receive DVDs I send back. I suspect that this is not the fault of the post service which doesn`t seem to have any problems with anything else I send. The fact that they have a backlog of emails to deal with which is over a week long seems to support this suspicion. Also, I have about 15 DVDs in my top priority lists. These never make it to me. On more than 1 occasion, 2-set DVDs have been sent to me without the second part. The second part on these occasions is not recognised on the system and has to be found manually by the customer services team. I`m not talking about bonus disks here, but where the 2nd disk is integral to the package. They have advertised that if another rental company has a DVD they don`t have, if you tell them they will order it straight away, and let you rent it first. This doesn`t happen. These problems are a shame, as they have a great selection, especially since they merged with DvdsOnTap. I have found Louise in customer services to be helpful... don`t speak to anybody else as you`ll be told that someone will phone you back. They won`t.
