Hi!!
This is my first post on this informative and useful site. Thanks to everyone who has posted their findings here and helped me to pick some excellent bargains!!
I thought I would point this one out seeing has no one else has yet....
There are a number of DVD`s in an offer at retailers at the moment. Something that is being called "Extreme DVD`s". I can`t remember all of the films in the offer, but below are the ones I can:
X-Men 1.5 Minority Report Planet of the Apes Fight Club Speed
Unfortunately Fight Club and Speed have been re-packaged into the plastic double Amaray cases, instead of the original packaging. But I guess most people might not be worried about that, especially at the price.
I spotted it in HMV first, they are doing buy one Extreme DVD for £20 and get another for £5. But then I saw the same in WH Smiths, who are doing 2 Extreme DVD`s for £18!!
X-Men 1.5 for £9? Now there`s a bargain!!

any idea if you can have 2 of the same title?

Had a look at the WHSmith website & couldn`t find anything about this, so I guess it`s a in-store only offer.

try again - they have the offer in my home town of Doncaster - one the smallest Whsmiths there is, so i think this offer will be everywhere. The sales lady had only just finished bulding the cardboard display case for them when i went in this morning.

Woot! They have the deal in the other Bath store, not the one on the main street, but the one in the crummy shopping centre beside Argos.
