I ordered one and its actually not too bad. I couldn`t believe that it has a TFT display on the back, I thought it had to be a misprint but I was wrong! Picture quality isn`t too bad, indoor shots are reasonable aswell with its built in flash, an uncommon feature for a cheap camera. Batteries are supplied and the CF slot is a big bonus, could be used as a cheap CF reader/writer for your MP3 player too! No software mind you, although thats not too big a deal nowadays. Only other problem would be the big ROLAR logo on the front, naff sounding posh name for a cheapy digi cam.

As it`s connectable by USB, you`d normally be able to use Windows Explorer, and not need any specific drivers. They`re usually treated as another drive by Windows, when you plug it in and power it up, Windows should give it a new drive letter.

If you connect it up, and turn it on, look in My Computer for a new drive probably E of F depending how many drives you have already. It may also be called `Removable Disk`. If it works like this, then just use Windows Explorer to drag the photos from the camera, to you hard drive, to a folder of you choice. To copy them all quickly, hold the CTRL key down to click on multiple photos to highlight them all, and then right click on one of them and hold the right button down. Then drag to the new folder and release the button, and all the hightlighted photos should be copied there.

But the drive letter will only show in My Computer when the camera is connected and turned on.

Mark.
