I used the 14 day trial and have been happily using them for a couple of months now. In Movies also offer similar deals (with a 14 day free trial as well).

I`m a member of both... In-movies has a great range but in my opinion the customer service is terrible. DVDs regularly arrive with great huge cracks down them, and I`ve had the wrong DVDs arrive a few times, and I have huge problems getting items near the top of my list (top 10). So I joined DvdsOnTap... I regularly get items at the top of the list, and the whole process is a lot more smooth, but unfortunately they just don`t have the same range of films as In-Movies, and aren`t buying new ones at the same rate either. So for the moment, I`m a member of both until my wife forces me to give one of them up! DvdsOnTap for blockbusters and In-Movies for obscure arthouse.

I joined up for the 14 day free trial but have found them quite slow. I`m sure it doesn`t help that the Postal Service isn`t that great. My first DVD was sent out on the 22nd (which I got on the 25th Nov). I sent that back on the 26th and it now looks like I won`t get another one until Monday 2nd Dec. So calculating it per month the most I would be able to get is 4 per month. At £10 a month, I`d be cheaper going to Blockbuster. And at least I`d get them for 2 nights. I know you can keep the DVDs from On Tap as long as you want - but what`s the point in that? You`d end up getting less DVDs per month.

I have a subscription with DVD Options and they do also the £9.99/month option. But like the other they can be quite slow, last DVD took 8 days to arrive (they of course blame the Post Office), funny thing is that they are based only 10 miles away from me and still take up to 2/3 days for the films to arrive. Also very hard to get the film on the top of your list, they have finally dispatched The Others after 7 weeks being my No1 choice. I guess that if you can see 6/7 a month is not too bad.

Yeah - I`m trying the ontap service, and I`m not going to continue. I`ve had two DVDs from them - and both were waaaayy down my list of requests

Hi I`ve been using In-Movies for quite some time now. For me they have been great. Everything is usually sorted out in a few emails. I have also called them once when they sent the wrong disc by accident and they sent out another one straight away. Little glitches are bound to occur when running such a large business. Its the way in which these glitches are handled that counts.
Popular discs are bound to be popular so sometimes I have to settle for other dvds on my list but i do eventually get to see the brand new releases. Sometimes Im sent discs on the day they come out. We are all in a queue. They cant guarantee a particular disc but put it in ur queue and you will get it pretty soon.
