Placed an order for Jay & Silent Bob Strikes Back along with Chasing Amy with DVDSoon on the 3rd August. This is only the second time I've used DVDSoon. The first time they cocked up the order I made with them by sending out the wrong disc. This time my order is stuck in pending. When I placed this order the discs were supposed to be in stock. I've now had an e-mail from them telling me Chasing Amy is on order & won't be in stock till 23rd August. I'm not too impressed with their service. They have had my money since the 5th August. The total came to £17.47- that`s why I tried them again, but what's the point in being cheap if they are not reliable? it doesn't look like I will be getting my discs in the same month that I placed my order

Well, I ordered The New Guy yesterday (my first order with DVDSoon) and just got notification that it shipped, if it arrives without a hitch I`ll consider using them again.

I`ve used them a fair few times now and they have yet to mess up an order for me (I do have 1 on the way and 2 pre-orders though). Usually get my DVDs within a week too if in stock. At present, I`m a happy DVDSoon customer.
