Crime Scene Investigation Boxset £29.99

After having my order for this cancelled by streetsonline (Due to code change!) I saw it in WHSmiths for £32.99 and to my delight, when scanned it came up at £29.99. I haven`t seen it cheaper than this.
Great series.

TIA

Forget it, I was typing CSI for the search not the full wording.

Colin,
Unfortunately it`s full screen with 2.0 sound.
I wonder if the US version will be different? No news on that yet.
Can`t find this anywhere cheaper online - most have it for £33.99

Thanks for the feedback. I had a feeling you were going to say that. It`s still a bargain though, I can`t find it cheaper anywhere either. The offer in my branch does say `Ends on Sunday` though.

I`m sure I saw an episode on Channel 5 recently in widescreen - the one set in Miami - must be mistaken :(

Best regards
Colin

Its a brilliant series, one of my favourites. I never miss an episode. I just question the rewatchabilty rating. Once you`ve seen it, you`ve seen it. I dont think i would want to see a particular episode over and over again. Others may feel differently. If you havent seen it before i highly recommend you buy this. I`ll be off in about 20 mins to watch the latest ep on channel 5. They have been slagged off an everything but personally i reckon its a pretty good channel. CSI and charmed are some of my fave tv series at the moment. They also show football from other countries which is very exciting and interesting to watch. Only prob with that is that its on too late. They also show good movies from time to time and always show decent B movies starring mark dacascos or some other hollywood reject.

I`ll also stick up for Channel 5. Not only is CSI an excellent programme but so is Arrest & Trial which follows it.

They also show some excellent documentaries, the current "Kings & Queens" is very good.

It`s Edward 1st tomorrow, good old Longshanks of Braveheart fame, so find out why the Scots hate us English so much!!

yeah, channel 5 has come a way since it started. it`s now alot more than the "football and soft porn" channel that it used to be. coincidently, for anyone that`s interested and saw last weeks csi episode (where we were introduced to the las vegas csi unit), this apparently is being made into an offshoot series staring that fantastic actor who used to be in nypd blue.
by the way norman, do you mean law and order? im not correcting you, i just wanted to know if there was another series that i should be looking out for on channel 5.

Hi Rawshark,

think you were confused slightly mate ! We were introduced to CSI Miami last week with the usual gang flying to Miami to solve the case. I found it very refreshing and can`t wait for the spin off - 2 hours of CSI a week ;-)

Although I can`t fault CSI, Miami seems to be a lot more relaxed and the guy in charge seemed more of a maverick and prepared to be slightly more un conventional.
