RE: Philips 32PW6315 - A good buy?
I have a 32PW9544 which is a bit older but with the glass top. It retailed originally at about £1300. The image and sound is outstanding. I am still looking to get my home cinema system up and running but in the meantime the sounds from this television rocks. Image is everything with tv`s and the big 32 inch 100hz phillips deliver.
Except:
1. No additional speakers with mine
2. The set up menu and features are hard to understand and use even with a manual!

Amazon has now come back and as anticipated explained that the pricing was an error and as per the small print of terms and conditions they have the right to amend any such error in any orders made. They give you the right to cancel the order if you don`t want to pay at the revised price.
However, advising folks by this forum would not have made any difference as Amazon state they retain the right to recify any errors. Whether this is legally correct in accordance with offer and acceptance of contract law principles is debateable. However practically it makes little difference as very few people are going to challenge Amazon over this.
Well done for the heads up Assassin and maybe one day it will work!

This is not correct. I have a Pioneer DV 515 and it is multi-region requiring no hack or mod. It seems to depend where the model comes from.

Yep used them and they were excellent. Bought crouching tiger and thomas crown affair for total £34. Arrived in 4 days well packaged.
