DVD Repair

Can anyone recommend a reputable repair shop in the Northwest / Manchester?

Scan SC-2000

I`ve had a Philips DVD 750 and a Panasonic A150, the scan beats the pants of both of them.

What about R2 discs? Will it be output in black and white?

My friend tried it and only got a B&W recording... or would this be because he had a PAL VCR?

I just had my SC2000 delivered this morning with the v2.07 firmware.

I upgraded it to the latest (v2.23) without any hitch whatso ever...

Am quite stoked with it as Ive had a Philips DVD750 and a Panasonic A150 both of which have less features than this baby and its nearly half the price.
