RE: MP3 on Lecson?

Here I come with a solution to your problem... (Well I hope).

For a start, If MP3 shows on your TV screen, that means that your CD (with MP3) is recognised by your DVD.

I think your problem is to do with the connexions:

- You can`t have any digital output when playing MP3. Digital out will only be activated with "proper" digital sources (ie DVD or audio CD).
- To make sure everything works ok, try listening to your MP3s through your TV (scart). Sound will probably be s*** but you should have something.
- Check your "Setup" when there are no disk in the player. There is something there that might help you but I can`t remember what.

Well, let me know exactly with what wireing you have tried your MP3, and what are your setings

About buttons functions when playing MP3s :
You just can`t fast forward or rewind. You can only skip songs up or down and input a song number (+play).

About MP3 files:
For some reasons your files` name can`t be more then 60ish caracters long (if do, your DVD900 will just not recognise it). And VBR MP3 are ears killers.

Other then that it works perfectly with me. I am sure we will sort you out. No reasons why (unless your player is f***ed, which does not seems).

Lecson and scart...

Hi

I have a Lecson 900 and when I turn the RGB off on the main scart the image is black and white and jumps.
Any one would know why ??

RE: Lecson 900 DVD player was £199 - now £179 until 28 Feb

Two extra details :

1/ they now say it`s 199 again but the price advertised on the streets is still 179. I bought 1 last saturday and I had to argue with them on Oxford street to have it for 179

2/ if you take the Debenhams cars you have an extra 5% off.

Total cost £170! I was really amazed by the quality for that price. + it did play my MP3 CDs straight away even though the files are not on the root of the CDs.

Cool player all together! C Ya
