the later 709`s and the 809`s need a different hack. with the AIWA hi-fi remote press shift9 once, this should make the machine show `coldstart` in the display, now press shift9 five or six times in rapid sucession until the disc tray jumps. reset the childlock password to 3521 and you should be region and macrovision free. have fun!!
Toshiba 3109 - rce help needed
my (chipped) Tosh dont wanna know when it comes to RCE discs (Patriot/Hollow Man). Should I put a sledgehammer to it?!! please help!
Grundig GDV110 (Philips 710 clone) It wont go multi-region
My mate next door has been very silly and bought himself a Grundig 110, and I have been trying without sucess to get the multi hack to stick.
It will play R1`s or R2`s using the old 25 go`s and youve had it hack, but the 222... hack dont wanna know -the screen turns red and everything locks up. Normal service is resumed only after pulling the mains!
Do I need to apply the RC6 hack to get the dashes up, or should I tell him to get it chipped! Speaking of chips it has got the C.98-99 9.25 000 310 P2 chipset.
Help me please!!!!!!!!
AIWA xd-dv290, Multiregion Hack Required
I Have just got an Aiwa 290 as a second machine, but the hack for the Aiwa 370 does not do a thing. Can you help?
p.s. I knew I should asked santa for another Sammy 709!!
