I have researched!
I have tried everything people are telling me to try on here and nothing works. I have a Grundig 220 and it isn`t interested at all in playing region 1 disks. I`m fed up with it. I was told that about the remote control and wondered if that was what I was doing wrong, that`s all.

Do I need a multi-region one?
Someone told me you need a multi-region remote control 2 hack in2 the dvd plater, is this true? Coz I`ve been using my normal one and Ive had no luck!

Hack not working
My brother has the recent Orion dvd player and the hack for it isn`t working, when the secret menu comes up it doesn`t show the `Free` option. Anyone have any ideas?!

Thanx for the advice, but that`s the hack I tried and I ge nothing, no secret menu no nothing! It isn`t interested at all! Any other ideas???

Does anyone know if the Grundig GDV220 can be hacked? I have tried the proline hack but it`s not working, I`ve also tried the Orion one and it`s still not working. Any ideas!?!?!

I`m sorry I don`t - but I have a Grundig 220 & was wondering which hack you were using? I have tried the Proline one and I get no luck, I`m desperate to get it to play region 1 disks! Does anyone know anything about Grundig!?!

I got a Grundig GDV220 and I can`t get it to convert to multi-region, I`ve tried the Proline hack but it won`t work, can anyone help???
