I`ve been with them for about 11 years now. The only grumble is having to phone up after ordering 8 DVD`s in a row, to get the block taken off my account so that I can order more. My record so far is 6 calls in one day. But other than that, they are superb.

I`d buy from Aria rather than Micro-Direct any day. In fact I buy from anywhere rather than Micro-Direct any day. Their customer service is poor to say the least. The kind of company that really needs to re-think the way they treat their customers. A record 36 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and at that point I gave up. When you do get to speak to someone, you always get a different answer, they must have a list infront of them and chose one at random. Maybe there are people who are happy with them, but they obviously haven`t had any dealings with them over faulty products. If you buy something from them and it goes faulty, you may as well throw it away and buy something else from another company. Simply Computers, now Misco, are my current favourite. I bought a router from them which had a fault after a week and they are collecting it, not expecting me to send it back.
