Debra Hill producer & co-writer of Halloween is dead at 54

I just found out from Yahoo News that Debra Hill died on 7 March from cancer. On that day I watched Big Trouble in Little China by her long time friend John Carpenter. I`m pretty sure he is devastated by the news and my thoughts are with Debra`s friends and family.

It is sad news but I`m not that surprised. I put him in the same catagory as Hemmingway in the sense that both men were troubled but all geniuses are!

Maybe I should get FALILV on dvd in tribute to see what it`s like?

Yuk! I wouldn`t want to be in your shoes! Though the bit about flying and spraying blood lightened it up after the choking bit. I`m sure pigeons can be seen as pests and they carry a HUGE amount of diseases but when you have to kill them (as with any living thing!) it`s hard to do.

I can`t offer any tips as I haven`t held a live gun before but I hope you do get some tips!

I`ve got a load of crap films like Beyond Bedlam, Tunnel Vision, Hide and Seek, Blue Desert etc! I don`t know how many as I`ve haven`t counted how many are in the boxes I keep them in!

Would thatzdvd.com be the best way to shift them as the audience for these type of films must be small? I`m guessing the number to be about 50-100 dvds but I really don`t know yet until I count them.

EDIT:

The total is about 115 dvds and that doesn`t include the box sets! It`s likely to grow in the next few days as I sort through my collection.

Difference between M-Lock and normal packaging

What is the difference between M-Lock and normal packaging as I`m thinking of selling some of my dvd`s?

I`m thinking of selling some to thatzdvd.com. Do people get fairly good prices from them?

I`ll be grateful to get any answers!

DvdSoon Website - Closed down?

Hi

Has the website for DvdSoon.com closed down as I`ve tried to go to this website and I keep on getting told "website not found". I even went to search engines and when I clicked on a link after a search it comes up with web address not registered!

Does anyone have any idea what`s going on with this retailer?
