RE: Pro Evolution Soccer 5 - £14.99 at HMV & free p&p
I think you prefer the one you are used to and the one you have always played, but I really tried to get into Pro Evo and just thought it was nowhere near as smooth as Fifa!!
The menus etc are annoying too!
Good bargain though, should double up on Ebay!
Cheers
RE: Pro Evolution Soccer 5 - £14.99 at HMV & free p&p
Got mine today good as gold.
No where near as good as Fifa though.
RE: Pro Evolution Soccer 5 - £14.99 at HMV & free p&p
I got an email today saying they have sent it to me today.
I normally play Fifa, and only bought this as it was cheap, and everyone else seems to prefer it.
Either way, I think HMV deserve credit for honouring this mistake
Hope the game is good - let me know if anyone fancies a game in London!!
Matt
RE: BA: SE K750i on Vodafone CrossNet 200 (12m) - minimum term cost of £110 (after cashback)
Yeah i ordered mine on Tuesday and they said it would be sent on Weds and be with me on Thurs, but I reckon they say this to make you sign up, especially as the deal seems to good to be true and NOONE else on the Web is selling this phone yet!
I`ll let you know if I get it tomorrow!!!
RE: Travelodge tennertastic
Cool, just booked a night at the Gatwick airport hotel the night before an early morning flight. Had already booked at normal rates of £45, so I can cancel that now!
RE: Free £25 Bet - This is Good
Good shout - Everton don`t concede much and Blackburn don`t score many, it`ll be a low scoring game but i fancy Everton to snatch it 1-0, maybe Cahill to score.
Good Luck!
RE: Free £25 Bet - This is Good
Depends how long you can wait - obviously it would be safe to say Chelsea will win the Premiership - however if you want it sooner, its not really a banker but at 2.8 to beat Man City tomorrow, I reckon Bolton represent good value, bearing in mind the fact that they are on great form and Man City have their best player (Shaun Wright Phillips) out injured. If you put your £25 on that you will get £70 back, plus your £25 so you will walk away with £95! However - thats my opinion, I will be backing them though.
The odds may also change from 2.8 - if you wait till 10 minutes into the game and its nil nil, they might have gone out to 3 which means you`ll get £100 at the end of it! You will also be able to see what team is playing better!
RE: Free £25 Bet - This is Good
as hong kong phooey says, if you look at the top you can change to decimal odds, which are your standard odds, but it includes return of stake, so if it says 4 that means 3 to 1. The minimum for a single is £10.
if you are interested in the binary system it works like this:
every market finishes on 0 or 100; 0 if it doesnt come in and 100 if it does. the price it offers you is the price you buy in for, so if it says 40 that is how much you can buy into the market for - so if you buy in for a pound a point you will pay £40. The market will then finish on 0 or 100. If it finishes on 100 then you win £100, if it comes in at 0 you lose 40. The good thing about it is that you can sell your position at any time. So for instance if you pay 60 that Chelsea will beat Norwich, and at 75 minutes they are one nil up, the 60 point buy in would have probably gone up to about 85 and you could sell then for that much rather than hang on for the last 15 minutes to win 100.
The minimum buy in is a pound a point. I hope that explains it!!!
To be honest the best way to do your £25 is on a single bet with decimal odds, probably on the football or something with only 2 or 3 outcomes.
Good luck!!
Free £25 Bet - This is Good
Hi all - this is a very good offer, only open till 18th of March though. The site is www.binarybet.com and basically as long as you either bet and win at least £25, or bet and lose £25 they will put £25 cash in your account. So bet £25 on anything, and if you lose they give it back to you within 48 hours and it is yours to withdraw straight away, no minimum betting rules or anything! And if your £25 bet comes in they still give you £25 in 48 hours! Worst case scenario is you get your £25 back if you lose it - but you could always put it on a banker like Portsmouth beating Arsenal today(!)
I had a go and won £62.50 on Man City beating Norwich and then they gave me the £25 back so I had £87.50 in the account, which is now in my bank!

RE: $6 DVD - Too good to be true?
I must say it does look too good to be true - so it probably is. They have all the most recent films like The Anchorman (quality) for £3! Can`t be right. Let us know what you get.

RE: Free Tv on your PC
I signed up to www.freelivefootball.co.uk
The picture wasn`t brill but it was definitely watchable and I will do so now all the time
I had to download winamp and then they list all the games and what url you have to type into winamp and you are away - basically they use the foreign coverage of the games and then put their own commentary over it which can be quite funny!
RE: Free Tv on your PC
Great Call - I managed to catch Pompey beat United - happy days

Very cheap meals for 2 in Central London
This website is doing a table auction for meals. You pick from 6 restaurants - quite classy ones - and then the time and date and what your bidis and it tells you if you are successful. Your bid is per person. I managed to get a table for 2 at the loop bar on 18th November for £7 a head - any starter and main course from the main menu!!
Well worth a try if you want to take your woman, or another woman out on the cheap!!

RE: Dell £9.99 printer again
