that is exactly the same situation as myself - the woman on the end of the phone said there would only be £2.13 taken from my account but it appears that £27.13 has been taken. She said the money would be deducted from my bank account when the DVD`s are dispatched which is tomorrow - I`ll post tomorrow night after I check my bank account

I have just checked my online bank account and they have taken the full amount - even after they sent me a confirmation e-mail saying total to pay: £2.13
Where do I stand?? >:(
