Just received an e-mail from selas[at]moc.dvdhsalps

Which is a copy of the message from their website. No mention of refunds or other issues, the employees should attend the creditors meeting, so they stand a chance of being on the list for payments.

RE: UNDELIVERED SPLASH DVDS!

I ordered 3 x Nemo DVD in Jan, which were due for dispatch last friday, release day. Have not received them, have sent e-mails no response. Tried their phone tonight at 5.15pm, by 5.45pm was number 3 in queue, then got message saying office closed, call back another time. This is appalling call centre practice, they should cut entries to the queue at 5.30pm and answer all calls in the queue. Also ordered a DVD in early Feb for 1 week delivery, still not received. Have had previous problems with their special offer DVD`s. They don`t seem to do anything until you chase them. But they are cheap.
Does anyone have a good e-mail for them, rather than the website form that they seem to ignore ?
