I ordered four dvds on 11 november from Spash dvd i am still waiting on delivery!! In fact i sent 3-4 emails for every dvd i ordered and to date i have yet to get one reply!! I even cancelled two of them 3 weeks ago on their site and am still waiting to be credited!!
They are a total sham i for one shall never use them again.

I must say i am amazed about the many positive messages about splashdvd!! I ordered four dvds on the 11 November 2003, as yet none of them have arrived and dispite sending 3-4 emails for each dvd i ordered i still have not received a reply. I asked to be contacted by Dawn Samson the customer services manager and i am still awaiting a reply. IMHO splashdvd do not care one bit about customer relations i shall never use them again.
My credit card has been debited for all of the dvds and dispite cancelling two of them i am still waiting for it to be credited.
I use www.blackstar.co.uk bargain basement titles from £3.99.
