I have used Play.com and Play.usa for months now and never had any problems, stuff arrives on time (usually within 3 days of ordering) even some of the Region 1 titles arrive before Region2 .

I know we all have ourt own opinion and this is mine and cannot rate this company highly enough.

I got the same and that came frome the manufacturer

press "SETUP" enter 13791100 and then use the direction keys to change the region code

Anyone know of a multi - region hack for this machine, just purchased as 2nd machine and plays everything except region 1
