Cheap Suntan Lotion

Not sure if this is nationwaide or not, but if your off on you hols it might be worth a look.

Boots have an offer on now "buy one get one free" on their soltan range.

Not a bad offer on its own, but here`s the real bargain.

They are also selling off their old soltan range at half price at around £2.99 each, however if you buy 2 you also get these as "buy one get one free", therefore they work out at £1.50 each.

I dont know if this is an error on Boots part, but suntan lotion at £1.50 a go isnt bad.

rusty, you said you have 5 packs of AA rechargeable batts, but still need a charger.

Would you be interested in swapping two packs for a charger (complete with 2 AA batts) ?

Not sure how relevant this is but..............

Went to my local tesco and managed to pick up five chargers :)

They didnt have any of the 4 packs of AA batts, but they did have 4 packs of Energiser Ultra (non rechargeable) Size C for £1.12 a pack.

Not bad considering they were charging £2.77 for the two packs. :D

The 4 pack of AA Rechargeable Batteries remain the holy grail, and they will be mine. 8)

a quick update, tried both codes yesterday and both worked fine.

goods to arrive within 7 days and no money taken from my account yet.

placed an order for £24 incl p&p and used the £20 code (so should only cost £4)

and then placed a seperate order for £28 and used the £25 code (so should only cost £3)

anyway nothing to lose if they dont work as its free to return the items.

will keep you updated.

GMan when you say you have another voucher to use, are you sure the offer is still valid for un used vouchers ?

I am curious as i too have a spare voucher still to be used.

Can someone please confirm whether or not these vouchers can be used or if they have now expired. (i seem to remember something about an expiry of 31st December 2003.

ps. Can my postman please confirm my cheque has also arrived !!!!! :D

The Biff, Just to let you know I bought one of these players from Argos for my sister before xmas, and they dont require a multihack code as they play already play all region dvd`s and every copy dvd ive thrown at it.

This is a truelly excellent bargain, £24 for a player that looks ok and will play everything.

With regards the cartridges coming with the print heads, i admit i didnt know this and it does sound tempting knowing this.

I will leave it for another week before I start to panic.

On the plus side however, we are not dealing with a micky mouse organisation here in Samsung, im sure they wont miss a few hundred £50 cheques.

I will be happier when the cheque arrives though !

Need Colour Printer

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this cry for help, but here goes,

Im after a decent cheap n chearful colour photo printer, the one ive been looking at is the epson stylus photo 830u.

This printer retails for arounf £70.

If anyone has seen this printer for less please let me know, or if anyone knows of a better alternative again let me know.

My main requirements are:-

Decent price, Cheap inks, photo quality.

not yet, posted off receipt around about the week before christmas, starting to get a little worried.

Does anyone know what the expected turnaround was, Im sure they promised to return the cheque within 10 days.

Even taking the cristmas/new year period into consideration, I should receive my cheque by the end of the week.

England Vs Denmark Tickets

Anyone interested in a pair of tickets for the upcoming England Vs Denmark friendly on November 16th at Old Trafford.

Genuine reason for not being able to attend.
