I got a Lecson 900 at mo....but getting rid very soon. Then maybe a Mico though we`ll see.
I was in Richer Sounds and the saleman really slagged of the £129 player. I think its an Amstrad or something.... anyway my girl is keeping the vcr....she`s got too many bloody tapes to let it go just yet.
............Anyway....anyone wanna buy a good cheap runaround... er....one lady owner.......genuine mileage........oh..and some vcd`s thrown in !!! :-))) Ooops

Can someone tell me why.....after buying a nice family film, I cannot tape it for my daughter to watch again & again & again..... on her vcr in her bedroom.??? I`m not breaking any copyright laws, I`m only taping for personal use and I aint buying another dvd player as there aint no space for another bloody machine
Anyone else feels the same........have a good whinge..and get it off your chest !!!

Mico --- How Big is it??
I was thinking of buying a mico but have a limited amount of space in which it is to fit. The unbeatable.co.uk site tell me it is 160mm (16cm) high though another site with the full spec on the machine tells me it 95mm (9.5cm).
Who am I to believe ??
I had a Lecson 900 and while it was a smashing player...it didn`t have macro disable.....The Yelo has, well problems and so the mico seems my best bet. I am correct that it has macro disable aren`t I ??

Help --This macrovision is confusing me !!
I got a Lecson 900 and the player is absolutely fine..... however I have only tried once to record a disc onto my VCR and on playback the picture shifted from slightly darker to slightly lighter, then slightly darker and so on. There was no jittering or anything else happeining to the picture or sound and I wondered if this was the macrovision effect or not.
I have read elsewhere of others suffering even greater effects when attempting to record onto vcr. I haven`t had chance to try another disc yet...though probably will tomorrow.
Advice is always...greatly appreciated

Are there any other owners of a Lecson 900 ?? There seems to be so little information about this player.
Does this player have a macro hack.... ??

I was thinking of getting one of these players... Where did you get it from and if relevant how long did delivery take? Is it Macro free ?
I was after the Yelo800 but they ain`t gonna have any ready to sell until December...so my next thought was the Mico.
