RE: Someone with a DVDSoon.com account... can you just check something for me?

I just logged in ok. I had to try a couple of times but that`s because I forgot my password!

Hi - if you`re still interested, email me using the link next to this post. It definitely works now, I`ve tested it!

Hi there,

Heck, I`m having some hassles tonight - I`ve had to log in under my real name (I`m Sput2001).

I`m in Thames Ditton in Surrey, which I guess is too far for you to collect. I can send the amp up by Parcelforce for £16 (it`s a pretty weighty thing). How about £125 if I chuck the coaxial cable in too?

Let me know what you think - hopefully the email will work now!

RE: Inappropriate things to say when tragedy strikes

Hello, my name is Gyles Brandreth!

RE: Am I getting old?

I`d say it depends a lot on the music and the system.

Music which is meant to be loud and is played through a system which can cope with it is much easier to digest than an over-worked sound-system pumping out distorted, unbalanced dross - even though the decibel levels may be the same.

There`s also a time & a place for that kind of thing, and an over-hot room filled with people who don`t all know each other and who haven`t necessarily come to shake their booties to some slammin phat grooves sounds like a bleedin` nightmare! I wouldn`t lose too much sleep over it!

(Or maybe I`m getting old too!...)

RE: A music question for all

Errrr.. David Bowie for the 70`s, U2 in the 90`s....and I`m pretty stumped on the 80`s...how about a combination of Duran Duran, New Order and The Smiths?!
