RE: dvd.co.uk - any good?

I`ve had them on my comparison website for about 3 or 4 months and never heard a bad word about them.

In fact, I am trying to drum up interest in a group buying scheme on my site and the ST:TNG boxes were one example I used. If you are interested then please take a look at the site and vote in the online poll

Thanks

RE: Star Trek The Next Generation

As it happens, I`ve been trying to drum interest in a group buying scheme and this was one of the titles that I mentioned to the DVD retailers I was talking to.

Although nothing is set in stone stone, if I can get enough people interested in it, I should be able get each of these for around £65

If anyone is interested either in these titles or in the concept generally, please visit my site and vote in the poll. This should enable me to convince DVD retailers that I have enough support to give it a go at least

Cheers

RE: Anyone ever used bensonsworld.co.uk???

They were one of the first batch of retailers I added to my price comparisons and after more than a year of inclusion on my site I have still never heard a bad word about them.

Granted their prices are not usually the cheapest but they`re always near the top and it`s sometimes worth paying an extra pound or two to get decent customer service and delivery...

RE: how quick are AB Sound?

I used them just before Christmas and it took no more than a week to arrive which is pretty good given the likely postal delays around that time of year!

RE: Is Godfather probably the best collection ever made on dvd?

As a trilogy, they`re probably the best but I don`t believe any of the individual films would be in my top 10 of all time.

RE: WH Smith Sale

Not bad I suppose but I`ve never really been impressed with WHS given the prices they charge - even allowing for the occasion good one in the sale!

RE: Play early releases!

Seems like they have finally got their act back together then...

They went through a very bad spell of poor customer service, slow email response and slightly slack deliveries.

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a DVD so I can "test their service" heh heh
