RE: Kodak digital camera worth £300 for £100 PLUS loads of accessories

Just been looking thru the e-mail that was automatically sent from Kodac upon ordering & there was a section that was quite interesting :

"Below is a summary of the items on your order. Please keep this message as your receipt of the purchase.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THIS MESSAGE IF YOU EVER NEED WARRANTY SERVICE."

... so is this not classed as the official receipt (be it automated or not)?

I don`t know the first thing about law, but it seems to me that I have offered to buy the product for a set price, & by way of the e-mail receipt, Kodac has accepted this offer.

Well you can live in hope can`t you :-)
