Argos are selling a venturer 40gig mp3 player for under £100--does anyone know if they are any good.It certainly seeems a bargain!

You are mad get a creative zen extra juke box with 30gb for around £180---the battery lasts for 14hrs per charge and you can replace it if needed--unlike the ipod--don`t be a slave to fashion!

I have windows me but since last night every time i start it a message comes up saying searching for cd in drive d to install vtruck.exe----everything else is ok -i have scaned for viruses etc.How do i get rid if this message for good--i suspect it is in the startup group but i can`t see it --any help please?

Please Help warranty on imported cars

I bought an imported vauxhall astra convertible and was told i had 12 months manufacturers warranty. On checking with Vauxhall customer services they say the car has been imported from Gibralter and is therefore from outwith the eu. I therefore get no warranty. I have tried complaining to the importer who will not answer my e-mails and yet says it does have a 12 month warranty. The car was afterall built in Germany and only had its pdi in Gibralter--it was there less than 24 hours. What can/should i do?

I want one because i am trying to keep fit aand the only sport i half enjoy is swimming--and even then i am bored swimming up and down a pool for half an hour---having a radio would make this tolerable!

Does anyone know where in the Uk i can buy a portable waterproof radio which i can wear whilst swimming. I believe speedo do one but i don,t know where i can get this in the uk. Any help gratefully received

I agree with everything that Mike says--the film was wonderful--deeply emmotive with a briliant score.I left the cinema feeling depressed but eager to ponder more on the themes. After having done that -i feel the film really worked and was worthwhile. Surely the main function of a film like this is to make one think on the subject matter and to evoke an emmotional response. This film certainly succeeds .

converting AVI files

I have several films on my hard drive stored as .avi files .I s there a free or inexpensive program that will enable me to convert these to a format that i can burn them onto cds and watch on my dvd player?

Can anyone suggest how i can play a vcd on my deccavision 2210 dvd player.It workks ok on my pc dvdplayer using the program on the disc but i can`t get anything on the decca--though it says on the box that it plays vcds

I,ve been looking for one of these--i unfortunately missed them at £45 at Dixons but pc world would have sent me one for the same price +£15 postage---i declined but was really glad to see your thread and ordered one yesterday. How long does it generally take to arrive and how come the code reduces the price by £50 ----is it legit or do the debit your account for the full ammount
