Hi Mike.
I didn`t think the region x would work cos to play a copy dvd you need to switch off the machine with the copy dvd in it and then switch on while holding down the reset button.
Have u had the same problem I have and did you get a solution?

GREEN SCREEN ON MESSIAH CHIPPED PS2...HELP!
Hi. I have had a chipped playstation 2 (messiah chip) for two months and it plays all copies and proper games no problem. It also plays vcds and dvds fine too. However, recently I bought copy dvds of Two Towers and Chicago which are in ntsc format and these play in green screen. I have tried a special scart lead recommended to me by Game but this didn`t solve it. I don`t think the region x disk would because the messiah chip requires dvd copies to be directly ooted.
Anyone had a similar problem or know of a solution?

Does ther same apply if it is a copy ntsc dvd? I have been trying to play them on my ps2 but they play in green. I tried a special scart lead from Game which is supposed to remove the green screen but didn`t and Region x won`t work cos the console is chipped with the messiah chip and needs to be straight boot with the copy in it.

BUSH DVD 2004 DVD-ROM hack please!
Hi!
Bought a bush dvd 2004 three years ago and it has been multiregion from the first day and has always played vcds and copies. However, recently I have been buying dvd copies from the local market and the player will not read the disk and comes up "No Disk". The copies play on every other dvd player I have tried them on but not mine. Is there a hack which will allow them to play?
