Amplifier kit suggestions

I want to upgrade to DD5.1/DTS and was wondering what amplifier kit (speakers etc) is the best. I wanna spend about £200 - 300. I already have a Philips 28" Pro-Logic and Samsung 511 DVD help appreciated.

yeah it went funny when I tried to do it. The key is to push repeat (not repeat A-B) then type in the code as quickly as possible, you should get 02 appear in the top left corner then press 9 and voila it`s multi region
