Has anyone been charged IMPORT TAXES on purchases from CD-WOW?

I was thinking about ordering some DVD`s from CD-WOW. Has anyone ever been charged any import taxes. Would you recommend i use them???

Apparantly, import taxes don`t apply - as all items are dispatched separately and therefore come under the £18.00 threshold for custom duty. I`ve been using CD WOW! for over a year now and would highly recommend their service.

I`m not sure that CD Wow have ever charged over £18 for anything anyway - as the poster above states, order separately as P & P is free anyway :-)
Totally agree : never been walloped yet, even though they stuff comes via Hong Kong.

I agree with the above, I`ve used them about 10 times now, and can`t fault them. Quick, cheap service, and each (well) packaged individually, even with a multiple order. So no duty and easy for the postie to fit through the letterbox, so no waiting in. :-)
