yesterday i ordered the pioneer dcs100 home cinema system from them and this morning to my astonishment it was delivered to my door. now that is service for you!
incidentally ive found their prices very good indeed. for instance the system i bought was a good couple of hundred quid cheaper than many other retailers ive come across.

I ordered a player off them last thursday and all I`ve recieved from them is the automatic e mail when you first place your order.Did you recieve a mail letting you know that your order has been dispatched?

yeah, i got an email the day i ordered it to say it had been dispatched.

Kingdom666 - It might be worth giving them a quick call. When my order hadn`t turned up after 5days, I contacted them, and was told my order had been `lost` - but they managed to get it to me the next day once I`d told them there was a problem.
