What`s the problem with Play and Halifax cards? The lady on the phone told me that all orders with Halifax cards are having to go through manually right now.

Halifax have changed something to do with their credit cards, can`t remember what - eg to transfer to a Halifax card from my online bank account I`d have to change the payment details from what they used to be.
