Has anyone got experience of sending kit back to Scan for a refund?

I sent a motherboard back to them, they tested it and found a fault and said I could have a refund or a replacement, but I got the replacement.

The dvd player refund is bieng processed and you shouild have it soon.

I sent a SC-2000 DVD player back to them. Took them a while but got a full refund.

Yep , should only take about 3 months ( in my experience)

Yep, something like that, haven`t been back since.

Hmmm, it`s about a month now.

Just checked my card. Seems the refund has now gone through.

Pity the amount wasn`t the same as what they put through for the original sale.

Too much to ask I guess.

Ah well you learn from experience.

Don`t shop at Scan.

Yeah , they pocket the postage ( even though they send you duff gear )
nice of them isn`t it

If its faulty you are entilted to your postage back !
