Has anyone had any problems with DVD import?
I ordered a disc in Jan, they took payment from my credit card on Jan 24th and since then nothing.
I have emailed them and left messages on my order status page which is never updated.

I had problems with them a while ago. My dogma SE took over a month to arrive. During that period, i emailed them time and time again and left loads messages (some threatening).In the end it did arrive be it a month late. I have since used them again quite a few times and have had no major problems.

If the problem you mean is how s-l-o-w the company is, then yes I`ve had long waits quite a few times, and cancelled orders out of frustration.

Received a DVD on Monday, sent Friday. Received 2 today, shipped Friday. That`s pretty good going. As I have said before, they are slow on old titles, but on new releases they are OK. Prices very seldom beat.

I ordered Bad Taste Limited Edition from them on 5th December, chased and chased, it was finally shipped on 22nd January and I received it on 15th February.
On the other hand, I ordered Buffy Series One and Suspiria 3 disc LE on 8th Feb and they both arrived this morning (18th Feb).
Overall, I like DVDIMPORT - they`re often the cheapest on the web. Delivery is a bit haphazard, though.

finally got my dvd, 2day, took 20 days,
prob wont be using them in a hurry, even thugh their prices are good

Just a word about them and back orders. I ordered you can count on me from them on the 26th Feb, Took them a while to get it but they shipped it on the 7th and I got it today so all in all 14 days which isnt that bad as it was the cheapest and it was i title that i was prepared to wait for cos it looks like one of them boring (hope its not) drama movies.

I pre-ordered Zoolander a few weeks ago,its release date was the 12th March I recieved it on the 13th March so Im quite happy with these guys,its the 1st time I used them too
