I can personally vouch for Link Online - a top company, very good service.
I`ve never dealt with Techtronics, but I strongly recommend you do a search on http://groups.google.com (search the group uk.media.dvd for "Techtronics") to see what people have said about them in the past.

I bought my DVD player from them, customer service was excellent. I got the player within 3 days of ordering. I did have a problem with the remote but they exchanged that by return post the very next day.

I bought my dvd player from techtronics, it arrived in three days which was before they said it would. I`ve never had a problem with it so I can`t comment on their customer service.
I know someone who bought a dvd player from their web site and never got charged for it.
