i cant belive it i preorderd pearl harbour r1 with future i recived it about a fortnight ago sat down to watch it watched first disc went to the box for second oh no is missing anyway phoned future up they said send it back and they would send out another in between that and sending it back id got hold of pearl harbour r2 so i phoned future who said i could have a refund i said send me another film which i picked today i gets my film which ive been waiting for 8 days on which i have been charged 5.90 restocking because i didnt want the same film back the money had been debited from my card no one told me about this charge no emails nowt it cost me 1.50 to send the dvd back im now 7.40 out of pocket im annoyed the manager is supposed to email me tomorrow because ive had no phone call tonight i wish id of took the refund now is this the norm im in the retail business myself i wouldnt do it anyway im off to play to order a stash of dvds .

damn looks like its been hell for ya but it lotsa sh*t like this has happened with other retailers. Futureent used to be very good I used them 5-6 times w/o any probs. I havent used them recently but looks like their service has fallen. I also do not like play that much cos they take so much time to put a disc in an envelope and post it.(recently it took them 6 days to post a disc which was in stock and ships in 24 hrs)
I dont know who to turn to now. I am now using absound and dv-depot for region 1 discs(2 retailers who no one has ever reported problems with). They maybe a little expensive but the do the stuff

dicanio, don`t forget about Under18 for R2 discs. It`s reliable and prices often match or better Play`s prices.

I think everyone at future has died, I`ve had 3 disks PENDING for over a week now.

I got a nice E-Mail from future yesterday, a reminder that I`ve still got an order with them (don`t worry I havn`t forgotten, future). The disks are still pending even though it`s been two weeks and all 3 were in stock.

I have had no probs with Futureent just rec`d Jurassic Park 3 and Evolution less than 7 days after posting - over Xmas and to France. Vern

Have only used future once, but recieved the dvd 2 days after ordering.
