anybody else who uses them experiencing deliveries problems now that they have come up with three different levels of membership. I joined a month ago paying £15 for having any 3 disks out at any one time. lately I find that ten days from posting a disk back, it is still listed in my "out" list thereby I went for days without receiving a new disk. I find that they have effectively reduced my "out" disk to two at any one time which is the new "bronze service"

I will declare my interest as the MD of ViewDVD, a rival firm. Nevertheless, I am also a member of In-Movies, and have nothing but praise for this competitor. I don`t experience any post delays except what might be expected around Xmas time. As an early joiner I am still getting three discs for my subscription. I hope that between us we shall maintain a high standard of service, and provide a far easier way of viewing (or pre-viewing prior to actual purchase) DVDs than local libraries - and probably at far lower cost.

Any problems I had with in-movies during my membership were - I beleived - always down to Royal Mail.

I often received DVDs the next day, but sometimes they took nearly a week - once ten days! Whenever the DVDs were late the postmark confirmed that in-movies had despatched when the website said they did. From this I assumed that delays in the DVDs being returned were also down to Royal Mail.
