Page 1 of Play getting better again?

Maybe I`ve just been lucky in the last two weeks but Play do seem to have got a lot better.

I got my Tomb Raider DVD before the release date and it was posted petty fast. Also my X-Files Season 4 boxset only took 3 days to get to me from processing - is not meant to be out until next week. You can`t even get it from some US sites (Amazon.com)

p.s i also have shrek, planet of the apes and Swordfish.

The real suprise was that they just sent me an email telling me a CD I ordered has just been shipped! I never even email or rang them to ask about it!

But Play has always been great to me, every disc turned up within 4 days and never had to pay tax.

I got a e-mail about a CD I pre-ordered as well. Have they got a different CD department to games & DVDs? I noticed in a magazine ad you couldn`t order CDs over telephone, only DVDs and games..

Play always used to e-mail me when DVDs were sent out but I stopped receiving them a year ago.

Just got an email from Play saying that a DVD I ordered had been shipped.

At last it seems as if Play247 have taken note of our criticism , I will give it a couple of months and then possibly try them again - depends on the feedback here. Till then I am delighted with Futureent. Vern
