CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
Before you spend your hard earned cash in Warren James, ask yourself and them are they cheap for a reason! Ask them about their refund policy as it appears that ALL defects are wear and tear, even within 28 days)! and don`t dare ask for their Head Office telephone number as it`s company policy not to give it out. They have no contactable customer services department unless you raise your voice in the branch loud enough whereby you will then be given an address to write into but still no number!
