G`day!!
What a revelation! I just ordered a copy of The Ulitmate DVD Platinum for a mate from Ezy dvd, within 5 minutes(literally) of reading my order confirmation email, another mail popped up saying my order had been shipped! I dont know about anyone else, but in light of the poor service from Play at the moment this has to be a shining light in customer service. I know Play are under a lot of pressure at the mo`(all these excellent new releases plus BIIIIG demand can`t be easy), but i know that in 3 days my disc will have arrived from the other side of the world and all for a measly £9.70. Now thats quality.

I recently ordered "Independence Day....special edition" for only £11.50 the other day. They sent the disc on the Tuesday and i got it on Saturday.......that same week.
Excellent service indeed........when you consider it`s in Oz.
