I`m glad of the heads up on this actually. The Foxy name pops up quite often when I`m searching for DVD`s, but I never wanted to take the risk of registering without knowing anything about them. Certainly won`t be registering with them now.

If your parcel had been returned to Royal Mail, then you`d have had a card through your door, and they`d have got their parcel back. You should then have had contact and a refund or re-delivery. But my suspicion is that the parcel was simply never sent.

You should tell them that due to previous problems with your mail going missing it`s now being monitored and you will be contacting the Royal mail investigations team so you will need more information about the package like description of package , date sent , weight , cost of posting etc.

If they haven`t sent it the last thing they will want is Royal mail`s fraud team looking in to it.

Edit : Just noticed the date of 1st post so probably a bit late to try the above unless you have made no other contact since , simply say you have been away and just got back onto this problem.

SECONDED, dont use these!!

i got told to check my local sorting office too! the fact there was no card through the post i still did.

Have you contacted Trading standards or your bank?? as it seems like theyre getting away with ripping people off.

Hi there,

Unfortunately i cannot trace it because the value of your items is under £18. If you have not received your order by monday then get back to me and i will see what i can do. I will most probably speak to my manager and he will authorize me to re-send your order.

Kind Regards,
John >:(

ps. they won`t respond to any more emails after this - sent about 3

I have also had similar problems with this lot. Item did arrive but was damaged. Packaging was unmarked so I believe it was packed damaged. Reported to FOXY but took about 20 e-mails before I got reply. They told me to return the item for replacement. I sent with proof of posting but that was 6 weeks ago. I have sent over 60 e-mails and they only replied to one (strangely the only one out of the 60 that was abusive). I am now £13.75 out of pocket and no goods. They said in the one e-mail that most of their customers tend to be liars and never send the items back ? (I have proof of posting?)
They said they would send another and guess what? it has never arrived.
I intend to persue these people (Foxy/Marcus Quinn). I have already reported them to Jersey Trading Standards and urge anybody else with similar complaints to do the same. They only act on multiple complaints. These people need dealing with ASAP.
New customers ....think twice ....they are 100% risk.

I`ve ordered some DVDs from the site and it took a bit of work to get any sort of response from them... and haven`t had them yet, I`m assured that they are on their way but watch this space!!!

I`m sure this will help: Little bit of research on the internet - including domain name look-up and a few calls and hey hoo...
+44 (0)1534 888011, ASK FOR THE DIRECT PHONE NUMBER SO YOU CAN CALL DIRECT for foxy.co.uk
Its the reception for a bunch of offices... if they ask "its about an order". ;)

I`ll post it tomorrow but its at work so the above will work fine in the mean time.

OK think this is it: 01534 885900

Positive that actually speaking to someone will help you guys but I may be back with more negatives if I don`t hear from them or receive my items.

If i get the DVDs i`ll post back some positives but i DO NOT trust them.

Just noticed that a review on Kelkoo was submitted from the guy I`ve been speaking to, and I`m pretty sure that the other Glowing review was by his boss ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I design online shops for a living and No-one reviews sites saying:
"I found what I was looking for very easily using their search bar and result filter options. Although I`m always scepticle of new online websites I thought I`d give them a go as they were the cheapest (I hope) and was very surprised when my order arrived just a few days after ordering it. As long as their prices stay low I`ll keep going back."
5 STAR excellent

But I hope I`m wrong

OK I got them :D

I suggest that you order as normal but keep the pressure on.

I get the impression that they have got a really good website, but haven`t realised how much work is involved in keeping such a site maintained at the same time as keeping everyone happy and the customers returning.

I was impressed that the site generates progress reports... but then they dried up.

If you get stuck with them then use the number above, just don`t P them off, or post anything slanderouse else you`ll get in a right mess.

Have fun.

Would not going through your record and contacting the people who have already been emailing you?
