Are thay really as good as all you out there say? I know thay are really cheap on most of there dvd`s, But what are there Customer Service like and are there any I should steer clear of? Is it also true that on average the films arrive 3 to 5 days later if not held by Customs?

Hi yes stuff normally arrives in 4-5 days. stuff is cheap. A normal dvd costs around £13 normally, but there are loadsa cheap ones and sales which makes them work out cheaper. remember to always tell them to mark it as a gift. customer service is good. Dvdcrave, you can speak to them live via chat on their site.This is normally late around 1am GMT. If you email them, they normally reply withing 24 hours.

Futureent & Encoredirect are pretty good - however I have had nothing but problems recently with Play247 - their customer service is non-existent. Vern
