Got Rush Hour in HMV`s excellent sale. Turned out to be faulty. All the features and 20 mins of the film were completely garbled. I could see tiny scratches on the disc, not caused by me. I brought it back and they told me they had no more Rush Hour`s on Sale and that I`d have to pay double the price simply to swap it for a new one. I took a refund. I think this is bad service.

It is, and smacks of a jobsworth attitude. The fact that they`d rather lose a sale than change the sticker on an item speaks volumes.
