Page 1 of Movietyme what`s going wrong

Thanks for your comment Sw1tch to my earlier posting on Movietyme.
But does anyone know why their service has deteriorated and is now absolutely appalling. After buying over 100 titles from them I am now tempted to move elsewhere.

Since July delivery times have worsened to a month in August and now nothing at all for September (I do appreciate recent events will affect this but others retailers are now up and running). Also they list items as processing on website but I am still waiting for them weeks later.

Whats going on ? They used to be an excellent company.

i have used them twice before (3-4 months ago) and was pleased with their service. Got my discs withing 5 days. Plus they sell nearly every r1 dvd so its a good range of dvds. Prices are competitive and equal if not better than play. Im not sure whats going on right now cos i aint used them recently but you are right, they were very good. I hate play right now so i would recomeend switch to futureent.com they have many things ages before they come out. EG they have had mummy returns and hearbreakers in stock for nearly a week now.

Every order I`ve made with them has gone wrong somehow, but they all made it eventually!
They are, however, the best for unusual discs e.g. I buy lots of Imax type movies and they are the cheapest by miles and often the only stockist.
