Page 1 of 0800FLOWERS are rubbish

Ordered a rose with a vase and a balloon to be delivered before 1.00pm on Valentines day.

Rose delivered 5.00pm long after the recipient had left & no sign of vase or balloon which they have offered to replace but no point now.

They claim the right to change method of dispatch!!

Eventualy got a sorry from them after a lot of attitude but no refund offered. They did not appear to give a toss.

Have given them 24 hrs to refund or will go through the small claims.

AVOID THIS BUNCH UNLESS YOU LIKE POISON IVY
