Ordered a 1gig Memory Stick Duo ultra 2 from them on the wednesday, having been told it would be with me on the Friday.
Friday it doesnt arrive, I call, am told it will be in Monday. Call Monday, not in, told it will be in Tuesday.
Call Tuesday, am told its in, and being shipped to me that night.
Doesnt arrive Wednesday, call Wednesday am told by someone else that theyve not been in yet, that whoever I spoke to the day before must have "assumed from the shipping notes they were in, but got it wrong." Am told by manager that I will get a refund. Go buy the card elsewhere, it arrives the very next day.
1 week later Info tech still have not refunded the money, the manager is still insistant the refund is happening. Credit card company have no sign of it.
So its still ongoing - but in short - bunch of incompetent idiots - stay away from em.

I`ve had very bad experience with them as well - Bought a wireless printer server, they`ve charged my credit card 2 days later. for over a month I`ve received nothing and they did not reply to my emails. When I called them after a month they`ve promised to refund my account. a week later I still didn`t get no refund called them again they promised to check with the accounts department and get back to me. I`m still waiting.
