Where is the best (& cheapest) place to get RCE compatible players?

I was gonna buy from Techtronics as they rant on about their quality RCE mods. However, reviews here make me think otherwise.

So, where IS the BEST place to get RCE compatible players? I`m afte either a Toshiba210 or something similar (around 200 quid or less!)
