write to their head office fao `the managing director` a detailed
letter of complaint - points to include:-

1. inconvienience (or however you spell it!)
2. all the problems you have
3. ask `why should I ever consider using Courts again?`
etc

lay it on thick!

you`ll probably get a gift voucher back - something in the range of £20 to £50 - not brilliant but maybe useful.

and make sure you use some punctuation!

Courts!!

A tumble drier with the door missing!!! It`s a good job they don`t sell aeroplanes!! I don`t suppose the clothes fell out as it went round and rou..............? No, forget it! (I know punctuation is an alien word in some households, but do you think i`ve overdone the exclamation marks???!!!!!!!)
